These are the terms for text messages KitchenLine sends. A fuller version replaces this page by December 9, 2026.
Who sends the texts. KitchenLine LLC ("KitchenLine") sends text messages on behalf of restaurants that use KitchenLine to answer their phones and take orders.
What you'll receive. Texts about an order you placed by phone with one of those restaurants, such as your order confirmation.
How often. Message frequency varies with your orders.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. KitchenLine does not charge you for texts.
To stop. Reply STOP to any text. You may receive one text confirming it, and then no more texts from that number. You can also ask us to stop by emailing DemetriusBell@kitchenline.io.
For help. Reply HELP to any text, or email DemetriusBell@kitchenline.io.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
